When founder Tabitha James-Kraan came to open her second salon in
Stow-on-the-Wold, she knew she would need to replace the existing carpet in the
property. The salon, based on three levels, needed a floor that would be durable and
hygienic but also stylish enough to reflect the company’s contemporary image.

Karndean, whose commercial ranges provide an extensive choice of stone and wood
effect floor coverings offered the best combination of design and practicality making
Spirit Hair Salon truly spoilt for choice.

Columbian Pine from the popular Da Vinci range was finally selected and laid in a
herringbone pattern to add aesthetic interest whilst complementing the rest of the
interior décor and creating the desired spacious atmosphere for the salon.

So authentic in its finish, Spirit Hair Salon’s new floor has had customers swept
away by its true-to-life design whilst it has also proved to be incredibly easy for staff
to maintain – a crucial factor in such a bustling environment.
